Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Ltd. aims to build and operate “Middle Tamor Hydropower Project-73 M.W.” situated in Taplejung district of Nepal.
To construct the project and operate it under BOOT (Build Own Operate Transfer) Approach.
To conduct research activities, study or training, etc. related to Hydropower and electricity development, transmission and distribution system.
To build, buy or sell electricity by entering in to contract/agreement with other domestic of international organization/s in private capacity.
To sell and distribute electricity nationally and internationally, as per prevailing law.
To possess or own any operational or under-construction hydropower project from governmental, non-governmental or private individuals or organizations in order to operate or construct it.



The foremost vision of Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Ltd. is to build and operate Middle Tamor Hydropower-73 MW.
SMTHL as a professional and innovative independent power producer/play a significant role in Environment and Social friendly development of high-potential hydropower sector in the country /contribute to reduce power crisis of the nation.
Company envisions to invest and promote in other various hydropower projects.
Company also aims to provide best possible return on investments to its promoters and shareholder’s in near future.
